What a missed lesson costs you

A learner who forgets is an hour of your day with no income, a car on the road with nobody in it, and often a slot you cannot refill at short notice. For an independent instructor that adds up quickly over a year.

The usual fix is a manual text the evening before. It works until you are tired, busy or running late, which is exactly when it gets skipped.

How reminders work in DrivePlanner

1. You book the lesson in your calendar.
2. 24 hours before it starts, the learner receives an email reminder.
3. If the time no longer works, they ask to reschedule from their dashboard instead of going quiet.
4. You approve or deny the request, and the calendar updates only when you say so.

Fewer back-and-forth messages

Reminders cover the lesson you already booked. Reschedule requests cover the lesson that cannot happen. Between them, most of the daily admin that used to live in WhatsApp moves into one place with a record of what was agreed.
