By registering for or using Drive Planner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and KOS IT SERVICES ("we", "us", "our").
Drive Planner is a web-based scheduling and student management platform designed for independent driving instructors in Ireland. Features include lesson scheduling, EDT hour tracking, invite-based student management, automated email reminders, and analytics.
New instructor accounts receive a 30-day free trial starting from the date their account is approved. During the trial, all features are available at no charge. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.

Drive Planner and all associated content, design, code, and trademarks are the intellectual property of KOS IT SERVICES. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in RSA ADI number verification or EDT record-keeping.
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, KOS IT SERVICES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
